We'd first like to thank you for stopping by and taking a moment to learn about us, our business and our mission to serving our community!

We founded Maintenance Matters Mobile Mechanics during the 2020 Pandemic when everyone was nervous leaving their home. We knew our community still needed help and so we started offering our mobile mechanic services and now our business has grown to offering a service that offers reliable, honest and convenient automotive care.

Our History and Mission...
We met when we were just a couple of 13-year-old kids! We dated all through high school in Bowie, Texas, got married, moved to Dallas, Tx and started our careers, I (Mariah) as a massage therapist and Joseph as a helicopter mechanic. We supported each other's endeavors, worked hard to save every penny we could and kept our heads down. After we had our oldest son, Josen, we found our home in Mansfield, Tx in the fall of 2018. Best Decision YET!
Shortly after moving to Mansfield, the pandemic hit. I had to stop seeing massage clients for awhile and so in effort to make ends meet, we started looking for ways to bring in some extra income. At the same time, we discovered that people who still needed automotive care were on the hunt for mobile mechanics to avoid hanging out in waiting rooms. So then, Maintenance Matters was created!

Joseph chose to leave the aviation industry to devote his time to growing Maintenance Matters. Once we had our second son, Kaiden in the summer of 2022, I chose to step down from my massage career, focus on our kiddos and help Joseph manage this now full fledge mechanic business!
​
Our mission going forward is to stay active in supporting our community through the Mom Boss Expo (founded by myself, Mariah) and partnering with local tech schools like Ben Barber here in Mansfield to support the youth interested in automotive industry. We want to provide our neighbors with a mechanic they can trust, and we are passionate about being honest, reliable, while providing the best customer service anyone has ever received from automotive business.
